Responsible Gambling
Last reviewed July 31, 2026
Sports betting should be optional entertainment paid for from disposable income. A promotion does not turn wagering into an investment or income plan.
Set limits before play
- Choose a hard loss limit and session end time before opening an app.
- Do not use rent, food, bills, emergency savings, credit, or borrowed money.
- Do not chase a loss with a larger stake or another account.
- Use deposit, wager, loss, and time controls wherever available.
Know the warning signs
Hiding activity, borrowing, gambling to escape a mood, missing obligations, or feeling unable to stop are reasons to pause and seek help. Bank blocks, device blockers, account closures, and self-exclusion create useful friction.
